The 4th Annual Old Town Bombs Car Show rolls into the Industry Hills Expo Center on Sunday, Sept. 28, blending gleaming classics with community spirit in the City of Industry. Hosted by the Old Town Bombs SGV Car Club, the free‐admission event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and invites enthusiasts to show off restored rides, browse local vendors and donate to a Children’s Hospital Los Angeles toy drive. The Old Town Bombs showcase opens with attended trophy awards, live music on two stages and food trucks offering diverse fare.

Old Town Bombs Car Lineup
Participants may register vehicles in advance online or on the day of the show. The lineup features American muscle, lowriders, hot rods and custom builds. Club president Marco Hernandez says the goal is to celebrate craftsmanship while giving back. “Each polished hood tells a story,” Hernandez said. “We’re proud to spotlight local talent and support kids in need.” Trophies will be awarded in categories such as Best Lowrider, Best Paint and Best Engine, judged by a panel of club members and local dignitaries.

Toy Drive at Expo Center
Central to the Old Town Bombs mission is the annual toy drive benefiting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Guests are asked to bring an unwrapped toy—no stuffed animals—or a gift card suitable for children or parents. All donations go directly to the hospital, where they are distributed to patients and families in the weeks before the holidays. “Our club has grown from 20 cars to more than 100,” said event coordinator Sofia Ramirez. “We’ve seen toy donations double each year. This year, we aim to collect 500 gifts.”

Community Impact and Details
The Expo Center’s Vendor Village will host more than 30 local businesses offering automotive parts, art, apparel and street food. Live bands will perform rockabilly, old-school hip-hop and classic rock throughout the day. Food options include tacos, burgers, vegan snacks and dessert trucks. A special Kids Zone offers face painting and model car workshops. Parking is free for attendees; accessible parking and ADA-compliant restrooms are available onsite.

Attendees can find vehicle registration and event updates at the Old Town Bombs website: https://ottbombs.com. For information about the toy drive or to learn how gifts are used, visit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles at https://www.chla.org. Car owners planning to enter should register by Sept. 20 to guarantee placement.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or simply enjoy community gatherings, the Old Town Bombs Car Show offers polished chrome and compassion in equal measure. Bring a toy, admire the rides and celebrate local culture in the San Gabriel Valley’s fall highlight.
