Current students, graduates, and third-party organizations can access EMUHSD transcripts electronically without needing to visit school offices. The district has partnered with Parchment to offer digital delivery and tracking, making it easier for users to send transcripts to colleges, employers, and agencies.
According to EMUHSD, current students can request transcripts free of charge until July 30 of their graduating year. After that date, alumni pay $10 per request. Third-party verifications, such as those from background check services or employers, carry a $20 fee.
In addition to standard delivery, Parchment offers expedited processing and the option to send paper transcripts for an additional cost. Users can track their requests in real time and keep a digital copy for future use.

Besides official transcripts, Parchment also processes requests for graduation and enrollment verifications. These services help institutions and agencies confirm a student’s academic status quickly and securely.

In some cases, students may still submit requests in person at their school’s guidance office, though digital ordering is now the district’s preferred method.
