ROSEMEAD — Rosemead residents can hear about city accomplishments, current projects and future priorities during the 2026 State of the City Address on Sept. 21. The Rosemead State of City event will begin at 6 p.m. at the Garvey Community Center, 9108 Garvey Ave.
Mayor Sandra Armenta is scheduled to deliver the annual address. A recent Rosemead City Council agenda identifies Armenta as mayor, with Polly Low serving as mayor pro tem.
The city is inviting residents, businesses and community organizations to attend the free event. City officials describe the evening as an opportunity for “community, connection and celebration.”
The address will highlight projects, programs and initiatives shaping Rosemead. It will also review recent accomplishments and give residents a look at priorities expected to guide the city in the coming year.
